I identify as Chinese-Malaysian, with generations of my family born in Malaysia and ancestry linking back to Guangzhou, China. As a first-generation immigrant, I understand how the stigma around mental health can prevent folx from seeking help. I hope to break down this stigmatization and make mental health support more accessible and inclusive to all.
The majority of my working life have been supporting individuals and families in different capacities. I have experience working with children, youth, young adults, parents and couples. As I am only offering online/phone counselling at this time, I will only be able to see clients 15 years of age and above.
